My mind still floats back to our once-in-a-lifetime Alaska trip in July…which, actually, is the best kind of vacation. It comes home with you.

Here’s another lesson I learned from observing the Alaskan wilderness up close and personal:

Creation keeps on creating.

This beautiful earth is constantly adjusting, evolving, adapting, repairing. Take glaciers, for example. They are continually on the move, yawning, calving, expanding, contracting. Whatever might be in their path gets pushed out of the way.

Interesting to think of creative processes (all kinds!) as on-going. God’s creative process began with the making of the heavens and the earth, but that is just the beginning of the story. Of our story, too.
