Everyone should dance the tango.

According to research at Washington University in St. Louis, dancing the tango is a way to stave off depression and anxiety while improving memory and cognitive skills. It has even been found to retard the progression of Parkinson’s disease and Alzheimer’s disease.

Dancing has many benefits, in general, but the tango–with greater complexity–was found to bring the most benefits to its students.

So…grab a long stemmed rose between your teeth and give it a go!
