My newest puppy in training for Guide Dogs for the Blind is due home today! Her name is Oriole. Just like the bird. And small, just like the bird.
Yellow, too. Oriole is a yellow lab, the smallest in a litter of ten. Sweet and petite.
To quote Aunt Martha in Copper Fire as two little puppies arrived home unexpectedly…”And who doesn’t need a little more amusement around here?”
