A look back at a wonderful Christmas. My son flew home from Illinois, where he goes to college, my daughter flew in from China. We knew we only had about a week together as a family, which made the time all the more precious. Goes too fast! Soon, everyone was back in their state or country or at their desk. Myself included. Happily, lovely memories do linger!
Fireplace in the fire–California style. The best we could do! (We’ve had no rain and steady spare-the-air days.)

Good news!! I’ll be on tour January 15th through the 20th to various locations in Florida, Georgia, and South Carolina. Check out the details here or in the sidebar. I’d love to meet you!
Are you new here? You might want to subscribe to my email updates, or follow me on Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Google+, or Instagram.
I am so jealous. I wish I could come meet you at any of those locations. It has to be warmer than the negative temperatures in Wisconsin that we have been having. I am so sick of winter. Sounds like you had a nice holiday!!
Thank you, Suzanne, for coming to The Villages. It was wonderful meeting you and hearing your experiences with Old Order Amish. I would like to mention something I forgot when we were talking. Many elderly are vision impaired and really appreciate uplifting fiction that supports the values they hold dear. They also struggle with MP3 technology because it requires use of a small device. Please help us get more audio books on cd, My 102 year old mother is closing in on 1,000 books she has listened to.
I’m so sorry the weather wasn’t warmer for your visit!
