When my niece was in training to become a life coach, she passed along these reflective, simple but profound questions:
Ask yourself what you need to KEEP doing.
Ask yourself what you need to STOP doing.
And ask what you need to START doing.
Easy questions. Big impact. Great advice for decision making, for life re-organizing, for distilling a concern down to its essence.
How would you answer those questions? Share in the comment section below for a chance to win a copy of Amish Values for your Family! I’ll announce the winner next Tuesday.
Congratulations to last week’s winner, Rosemary Foley! Please email info {at} suzannewoodsfisher {com} to claim your prize.

Hi Suzanne,
Thank you for these soul-searching questions. My answers: Keep on in His Word, pressing toward the goal, seeing myself as He sees me. Stop looking back, and begin, more than ever before, looking for His return. I’ll keep these questions and answers close to my heart. I’m sure more will come as I grow in Him. Thanks again for helping me prioritize. 🙂 I have your book, so only answering for I know these questions are good for me.
Thanks for sharing your thoughts, Donna!
Good morning !!! I need to keep my health in check, can’t be there for my family if I’m not there… Got to stop worrying about tomorrow, it’s taking the joy out of today.. Going to start living for today. Life is too short to not enjoy my family and friends every day .. Thank you for the chance to win a great prize. Have a blessed day. Rosemary
Great reminders, dear Rosemary!
I will keep reading the Bible through in a year; stop being negative; start reaching out to others….thought provoking for sure! Linda
I like how intentional your goals are, Linda.
I need to keep my heart focused on The Lord. I need to continue to let him have full & total control of my life. I need to constantly remember that He is all knowing ,all powerful and that He is the Answer to EVERY problem life can throw at you. I need to stop letting my mind be the stumbling block that puts a wedge between me & The Lord. The Heart Knows but the mind just can’t keep the doubt & fears at bay. I need to stop trying to Have all the answers & stop trying to fix everything myself Once I’ve turned it over to the Lord, I need to refrain from picking it back up. I can picture Him shaking His head at me & saying “You don’t trust me enough to let me help you.” Ouch! I need to continue spending more time with the Lord. I need to tune my ears to the sound of His Voice so that I can recognize His still small voice.
Oh Jennifer…great word picture!
I need to keep praying. I need to stop over eating. I need to start exercising and eating healthy.

Keep reading Amish books.
Stop worrying about everything.
Start believing in Our Heavenly Father.
Need to keep helping others
Need to start exercising
Need to stop judging
