Welcome to week 2 of the Life with Lily photo caption contest!
To celebrate the release of Life with Lily, I’m running a Lily caption contest for the next five Tuesdays.
Each week, I’ll post a new Lily photo on my blog. These are extra photos taken during the actual cover shoot for the Lily books by the amazing photographer Dan Davis. (You’ll be allowed one caption entry per photo.) The following Tuesday, I’ll choose a winning caption from the previous week and post a new photo. Each winner will receive a copy of Life with Lily for you and a friend!
Hold on . . . it gets better! On the last Tuesday of the contest, December 4th, I’ll choose one person to win an advance copy of A New Home for Lily—book two in the Adventure of Lily Lapp Series!
Wait . . . there’s more! Also on December 4th, to celebrate the coming of Christmas and wrap up this wonderful Lily launch, I’ll choose five runner-ups to win a copy of Life with Lily.
Week 1 winner is: Judy Fritz — “Feeling the life of God between my toes!!!” Judy, please email your mailing address to ckrumm@litfusegroup.com.
Week 2 Photo: Leave your best caption in the comment section below. Come back next Tuesday to see if you won!
I’m heading for the blackberry patch!
Here I come world–ready or not!
Feeling the warmth of the Lord while running though the field.
This is a lovely day God Has Blessed us with. I almost forgot it is my turn to milk the goat.
Wait, Wait, I’m coming to milk you.
Running with the shadow of the “things” to come!
I have to get to the berry patch before Jacob does and Mommy will make me a cobbler if Jacob gets them all first then we have to have a pie. I just got to have the cobbler I have been dreaming of it for days.
Running with Jesus !
Mama says if I get enough eggs, she will let me make a pumpkin pie for Papa Gotta hurry.
Run fast in the glory of the Lord and all His blessings!
My turn to get the eggs. Sure hope I don’t get pecked again. Why did God
have to make roosters anyway?
My shadow will never catch me and my pail
Running with the Lord by my side.
“Jack, wait! I’ve got the pail of water and I’m going up the hill.”
O please wait im coming.
Gotta hurry and get those berries picked!
“…they shall run and not be weary…”
Oh — what a BEAUTIFUL day to run under the sunshine of the Lord, and the dew on the grass.
“Mamm will be so happy when she see’s what I brought her!”
Skipping carefree through life with Jesus in my heart!
The grass makes my toes want to do a wiggle or two.
Hurry! The grass is always greener over the hill.
Lily ran up the hill to fetch a pail of water, but, oh, it’s the berries.
O wow look at those berries over there!!!!
