That’s a really good one. There were a number of Far Side cartoons relating to used/new bookstores, and we kept them posted in our store.
One of my favorites featured a used book bookstore window containing a sign reading, “Reheated coffee”.
One other favorite was Thag the Caveman’s book signing. The title of his book was “It Was Very Cold and I Couldn’t Move.”
But my all-time favorite was “God Makes a Snake”. God is standing behind a table, rolling out a long, slender piece of clay, and saying: “Man, these guys are a cinch!”
