More about Sherry’s new cookbook, Simply Delicious Amish Cooking (Zondervan): Unbeknownst to many folks outside the Amish Mennonite population in America, Pinecraft, Florida—a village tucked away in the heart of Sarasota—is the vacation paradise of the Plain People. I have been reading books about the Amish for years. Just happened to see your radio Podcasts when downloading other Podcasts off of Itunes. I have a hard time waiting for them to come out ever week so I read. To slow down in life has been my goal for the last couple of weeks. This last Sunday after Church my husband and I did our lessons for the up coming Bible class we go to in the week. Loved the quite and no rush to get things done like cleaning and what have you did all this on Saturday. Please put me in for the cookbook by Sherry Gore. Thank you and keep up the good work on your Podcasts!
