If you haven’t had a chance to take a stroll around Amish Wisdom lately, here is a recap of what went on this week:
On Monday’s Book Nook, we learned more about Emma Miller, author of The Amish Bride.
Martha Bolton shared the places (and musicals!) to see in Arcola, Illinois on Tuesday’s Traveler’s Tips.
A reader asked, “Does the Amish faith allow for members to collect items, for example, dolls or teddy bears?” on Wednesday’s Ask the Amish.
In yesterday’s Beyond the Bonnets, Erik Wesner shared 3 ways the Amish church is (probably) different from yours.
Stop by today’s Cook’s Corner for Jolina Petersheim’s family recipe for Rhubarb Custard Pie — yum!

I always enjoy the Amish Wisdom posts. I didn’t realize the Amish had collections of anything. So that was something new I learned this week. I really enjoyed the post by Martha Bolton for Arcola, IL since that is close to where I leave. A great place to visit and the Green Mill Village Theatre is doing an outstanding job. I look forward seeing Josiah for President in 2016. Blessings.
