We had our last meal at Pasta Cosy, a wonderful little restaurant where Hilary does wine tastings for her businessWine in Provence.

Look at some of the clever lights: they’re graters! On the wall is a pasta pot.


A signature dish for Pasta Cosy: a wheel of parmesan cheese is lit, like a flambe, and the cheese is melted to add to the dish.


In the morning, we started the long, long, long journey back to California. Happy and tired and with very full stomachs!
