Actual conversation between Dad and another patient he had dinner with at the new facility:

Man: “Say, I think I’ve been needing to send you a check!”

Dad: “Oh?”

Man: “If you’ll give me a business card, I’ll get a check in the mail to you.”

Dad pats down his trousers, opens his wallets, pulls out a little card that is not a business card. Hands it to the man.

Man takes the card, looks at it and puts it in his pocket. “Good! I’ll send you a check right away.”

Dad: “Oh, that’s good!”

Both men leave the dining room happy.
