The Heart of the Amish: Redemptive Community

I’m celebrating the release of The Heart of the Amish the whole month of May with a giveaway and facts about the Amish and forgiveness. Writing this book changed me and I hope reading it will change you!

Redemptive Community

The church, to the Amish, is not just a worshiping community, but is also a redemptive community. The act of confession is integral to restoring individuals to full fellowship—with God and man.

Suzanne Woods Fisher writes bestselling, award winning fiction and non-fiction books about the Old Order Amish for Revell Books. Her interest in the Plain People began with her Old Order German Baptist grandfather, raised in Franklin County, Pennsylvania. To Suzanne's way of thinking, you can't take life too seriously when a puppy is running through your house with someone's underwear in its mouth.
