A Day In My Life: On The Court

My son Tad’s last home college basketball game. Huge crowds! Everyone was encouraged to wear orange.

My son, Tad.

This is my little grandson, Blake. At age three, he’s VERY serious about basketball.

Not to brag, but my son’s three pointer tied up the score at half-time.

A time-out.

My husband, Steve, is savoring every single moment of Tad’s basketball career. He’s coached Tad since he was in fourth grade. Next up…Blake.

Sadly, they didn’t end up winning that game, but they did win the next weekend. The entire CCIW tournament! So his team is on to NCAA D-3, in the top 64 teams across the country. Stay tuned…

Today’s the last day to pick up a copy of the Amish Peace ebook for just $1.99 from AmazonBarnes & Noble, and Christian Book Distributors!

About Suzanne

Suzanne Woods Fisher writes bestselling, award winning fiction and non-fiction books about the Old Order Amish for Revell Books. Her interest in the Plain People began with her Old Order German Baptist grandfather, raised in Franklin County, Pennsylvania. Suzanne's app, Amish Wisdom, delivers a daily Amish proverb to your phone or iPad. She writes a bi-monthly column for Christian Post and Cooking & Such magazine. She lives with her family in California and raises puppies for Guide Dogs for the Blind. To Suzanne's way of thinking, you can't take life too seriously when a puppy is running through your house with someone's underwear in its mouth.

Love the pictures, thanks for sharing. I remember basketball days, our 3 girls played, seems like we lived at the gym! Wonderful memories!
