A Christmas Baby

This year, Lord willin’, we will be receiving a very special gift on Christmas Eve: our first little granddaughter. She has only one thing on her Christmas list: a name. With nine days to go, my daughter and son-in-law can’t agree on a single name.

Any suggestions? If you’ve got a favorite girl’s name, leave a comment here on my blog and I promise to pass it along. As a thank you for your baby-naming help, I’ll be giving away five copies of A New Home for Lily (releasing in February!)

We decided to leave her health in God’s hands and still have children even though he did not know if he would inherit it from his mother or not! I had so many people (even christians) tell me we were crazy. She was four months old when he was finally able to have a DNA test that looked for the HD marker. WE both had to have counseling before they would test him …..many people kill themselves when they find out there going to get HD.
